Welcome to IHNA, Inc.

The Interfaith Hospitality Network of Athens, Inc.  is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide immediate shelter and guidance to homeless families with children, due to the impact of misfortunes upon their lives. Once accepted in the program, IHNA provides food, shelter, daycare, and transportation as needed. IHNA helps to create structure out of chaos by creating a goal-oriented plan so that those desperately in need can focus beyond daily survival, to a life of stability.

Join us for our 1st Annual IHNA Chili Cook-Off and Family Cookout - Saturday evening, June 8th, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Terrapin Brewery, 265 Newton Bridge Road, Athens.

  • Enjoy an evening of live music at Terrapin.
  • Let your young 'uns jump around in a giant bouncy castle.
  • Sample a variety of Terrapin beers, from our first-ever IHNA-logo, souvenir Terrapin glass – yours to keep! – for a separate fee of $10.
  • Enter the inaugural IHNA chili cook-off contest. Enter as an individual or as congregation, business, or organization team.
